      "All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (30) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise."

      Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy

      "Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Fed Ex and UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 865.691.8886 for charges.

  • What should I wear at Grace?

    • Grace has a "come as you are" atmosphere. You will see some dressed up; some dressed casual. We have no expectations for attire except to be modest.

  • Where is Grace located?

    • Grace is located at 7171 Oak Ridge Highway, Knoxville, TN 37931.

  • When Should I arrive?

    • In order to make your experience the best possible, plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of Worship. Worship Gatherings begin at 8:45 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

  • Where do I park?

    • Plenty of space is reserved for guests. As you enter the campus, the reserved Guest Parking and Preschool Parking areas are identified and will be to your right of the main entrance.

  • What about Children?

    • Quality preschool and children's Bible teaching are available in a safe and secure environment. We take the safety and security of your child very seriously. Grace uses a number check in system for children used during all Children's Ministry activities. As you check your child into their classroom, a nametag and a security sticker will be distributed.

  • Do you offer Counseling?

    • For information about counseling please visit our Charis in Action area.

  • What are your office hours?

    • Our office hours are Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to Noon.

  • What is your membership process?

    • We would love for you to join the Grace family! There are three simple requirements to become a member at Grace:

      1. Request church membership

      2. Trust Jesus by faith for salvation; we want you to share your testimony about your salvation experience.

      3. Be baptized by immersion.
