Home Groups

This pathway is the foundation and ultimate goal of our D2 journey. Home Groups are designed after Jesus’ model of walking through life with 12 men.
• A small group from 3-18 people in a home
• A meeting with purpose and intentionality to grow as a disciple
• A group led by a more mature disciple
• A place where safe environments are nurtured – confidentiality is required
• A place where transparency, accountability, caring, encouragement, and teaching exist
• A regularly reoccurring meeting

The Relational Pathway

We desire to follow Jesus’ model of making disciples in small relational environments. Jesus is the greatest disciple maker in history. He chose 12 men to do life with. We desire to follow Jesus’ model for making disciples in small relational environments. This is our win.
• A home group consists of 3-18 people meeting in a home
• A meeting with purpose and intentionality to grow as a disciple
• A group led by a more mature disciple
• A place where safe environments are fostered - confidentiality is required.
• A place where transparency, accountability, caring, encouragement, and teaching exist
• A regularly reoccurring meeting
• A place where biblical storytelling is the primary teaching module (training is available)

The Reproductive Pathway

We always want to be intentional about multiplying ourselves and our Home Groups. We desire to develop leaders and move disciples of Jesus into a deeper place of service and responsibilities.

The outcomes of our intentional pathway:
• Leaders are developed
• New groups are branched
• Multiplication takes place
• Ministries are embraced
• Groups adopt a missional ministry each year
